Here is a seal that the FWS hasn't messed with and glued and stuck and cut into any tracking device yet. They haven't had a chance yet at this time to torture any of them and drive them nuts or murder any of them with any of their drugs. I walked right up on this guy and he seen me coming all the way, he made me step over him to Finnish my walk that morning.

This is what we had to do to all of our Anti-sub helos In HS-2. This is an M-60 we put on a mount right behind the Co-Pilot seat on the port side of the Plane. We put another M-60 mount on the door on the Starboard side. The Belly of the Helo is Armored with 1/2 inch plate steel and this is a Plate steel mount. The helos were no more sea worthy and will sink with all the Armor but they needed the armor. We did this to all of our Helos when we got to Hawaii when we left San Diego. These were all used for SAR then and Not used for Anti Sub duty.
